• Permanent ongoing opportunity
• Full time, 32 hours per week
• Working Thur - Sun in store, with flexible admin on topCritical to the success of our team, leading by example will be natural for you. You will get enjoyment from ensuring quality and consistency in the customer experience that we are known for.In store shifts are a mixture of 7.30am-12.30pm and 10.30am-4.00pm. When not front facing in store, you will undertake a variety of admin based tasks that keeps things ticking along. You will need to be comfortable with computers to undertake those duties effectively.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesThis is a unique opportunity that involves leading a fantastic team who are passionate about what they do. The day-to-day will include:
  • Supporting, training and developing our Front of House team.
  • Role modelling what excellent customer service looks like.
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations of the store, from opening to closing.
  • Monitoring sales and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Keeping the high standard of visually appealing displays.
  • Coordinating staff and ensuring the teams have all they need to succeed (e.g. setup at the farmers markets).Qualifications & ExperienceInterested and want to know if this role is for you? Here's what we are looking for:
    • Experience leading a small team is a must, preferably in a food business.
    • Understanding of a retail environment is key. Bonus if you are passionate about delicious baked goods.
    • Must be comfortable being hands-on, enjoy customer service and working alongside the team.
    • An eye for detail whilst being able to multi-task.
    • Any experience with rostering would be an advantage.The successful candidate will be given extensive support throughout training and will have knowledgeable colleagues to draw experience from.
