Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist
to provide technical assistance and support to clients and project
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple priorities, elicit and document requirements, and
conduct gap analyses
Provide systems support, including user access issues and technical
troubleshooting during project maintenance
Conduct QA testing, report technical issues, and assist users with
data-related queries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a
related field
4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in a technical or
data-centric role
Advanced knowledge of database applications such as Microsoft
Access and SQL Server
Familiarity with Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile
testing
Experience with the Senior Community Service Employment Program
(SCSEP) is a plus
