Job Description:

A company is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to ensure timely procurement of goods and services at optimal prices.



Key Responsibilities

Validate and process invoices for payment to vendors
Track delivery schedules and communicate with vendors regarding issues
Analyze expenses to eliminate unnecessary spending and manage purchase orders


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of experience in purchasing preferred
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Sage Intacct and purchasing software packages is a plus
Must pass negative pre-employment drug tests and meet criminal and MVR background criteria
