Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company, in their search for an ETF Audience Lead. This is a 6-month contract opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, audience development, or product marketing, preferably in the financial services or ETF industry.
Deep understanding of the ETF landscape, investor behavior, and digital engagement strategies.
Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns (paid search, programmatic, social, email, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Experience working in agile environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness and growth of ETF products across key investor segments.
Identify and target high-value audiences using market research, persona development, and behavioral analytics.
Lead paid media strategies (search, display, social) to increase ETF product visibility and website traffic.
Collaborate with content, digital, and sales teams to create and distribute relevant and engaging content tailored to target audiences.
Own performance metrics related to traffic, conversion, engagement, and client acquisition for ETF products.
Partner with product marketing to ensure alignment between product positioning and audience messaging.
Work with agencies or in-house teams to manage SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and digital advertising campaigns.
Conduct regular A/B testing and report on key metrics to optimize performance and ROI.
Monitor ETF industry trends, competitor campaigns, and digital innovations to identify new growth opportunities.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $67/hour to $74/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
